Tried to book one yesterday MXP-ZRH-GRU-BOG-PTY-FRA-MXP on Exp.com, got call within 5 mins of completing the booking and later message about them not being able to ticket it. Reservation is still confirmed but no eticket.
Tried again on Cheapoair, it ticketed on AV stock, however, its less favourable routing as I could not push exact routing and layovers I wanted. MXP-ZRH-MIA-BOG-PTY-FRA-MXP

August, lots of availibility.
I started with a quick search vce-bog on GF, looked for the 1300€ pp fares (pP, enter 2 pax, partner fare), put those dates on kayak, again with the same roundtrip search, and picked the ota that came up with the avianca self dump.

I can't duplicate toppi5000's routing for the life of me. Kayak just won't show me any Avianca fare on VCE-BOG. I am trying for dates around Easter 2019, but still. It should show something on Avianca. The new flight via MUC would be great, but I'll take FRA as well.
