Actually no, I didn't go through that form (I went to the site to check and try again) - that's for EY flights only. Beneath that, for claiming on partners, it says "To claim on flights made after you joined Etihad Guest, but within 6 months of the flown date, send a copy of your boarding pass to [email protected]".

And after all that, bizarrely, I have just been credited for the one leg that I didn't submit a boarding pass. In fact ... I've been credited for all 4 legs! Which means I've ended up with (LHR-MNL-HKG-MNL )* 2)) + MNL-LHR, aka 154%! Very happy

I sent them a link to their official web page https://www.etihadguest.com/en/earn-...-airlines.html on crediting from PAL flights and noted that they must not have read my email as I explained that it was Biz Z and entitled to %125, trying to avoid the unavoidable short change on credited miles :-(

How did you go with that? I was also only credited %100.

I was too busy to write. And about 10 days ago they credited me again for the London Manila and Manila Hong Kong and Hong Kong to Manila Flight. = 8807 on top.... Which was a very nice surprise. How this happened I don’t know. Anyway I was short 3 1/2 thousand miles and now I’m good with a bit extra:-) ..... I Will try to get a one-way ticket from Prag to Seoul in business class, which is a good deal, with Czech airlines . Usually there’s very limited availability, however I am flexible on the date so let’s see what happens. Just a piece of advice if you make that booking you have to book it through Abu Dhabi call center. If you book this flight with the European call center the tax is much much higher. So your first call has to be the Abu Dhabi call center. Otherwise the higher price (if you get a quotation through the European call center ) gets locked in, even if you make your booking through Abu Dhabi later...- my expirece with the last flight-

Just to avoid disappointment: OK PRG-ICN isn’t much to write home about.
The planes are ancient and dirty. Even IFE was broken when I was flying. You get what you pay for.
I would fly it again as the lie-flat seats allow you to sleep, but that’s about all you should expect from the flight.

Correction: The one plane they have is ancient and dirty.
Some seats as well as IFE were broken when i flew them 1-2 years ago.

Just a quick update, I had no issues at all getting 100% credited to EY.
Has anyone had any success with getting the remaining 25% credited? I assume you'd have to email someone?
Btw, the booking class shows up as "-" for the transactions on the Etihad Guest website. Maybe that's why.
