"Hong Kong Airlines has notified us that one or more of your flights are cancelled. No alternate flights have been booked by your airline at this time.

Your immediate attention is required. Please call us or Hong Kong Airlines as early as possible to arrange for a refund of your Hong Kong Airlines ticket(s)"

Oh No, scared to call them.....

This seems like a mix up from the recent typhoon. All flights are still scheduled in early Feb,

Got a notification that our PVG-HKG now arrives at 10:40am, up from 9:55am, which was already up from the original 9:25am. 1 hr 20 min to connect to the LAX flight - should be sufficient...I hope.

Yep -- I'm concerned about the 1:20 cxn from Shanghai. Doesn't show as valid routing on their site if you try to buy a new ticket.

Any chance of HK Airlines permitting a layover in Hong Kong until the next day? Anyone try?

Has anyone tried cancelling the ticket after flying the first leg? Turns out I can only use the outbound, and curious to know what the refund would be if I cancel the inbound.

Per fare rules, you would not get a refund for the return portion of your ticket:

BEFORE DEPARTURE OF JOURNEY CHARGE USD250 FOR
REFUND. AFTER DEPARTURE OF JOURNEY TICKET IS NON-
REFUNDABLE.

Looks like there's slight change in flight time (PVG-HKG).

Where else can I look up my detailed reservation besides HX's own website? Expedia showed Economy but when I check HX's APP everything is in J.

Can we still cancel tickets for a full refund? (I may have a conflict in Feb.)
Flight times changed, so I would think canceling would be allowed, but would love to hear from someone who has done it.

Booked LAX-HKG-BKK. Wondering if it is possible to drop first segment of the returning flight BKK-HKG and still be able to fly out of HKG? In fact this would be much more convenient for me.
Or would this be considered a no-show?

Pretty sure that's a no-show. Your remaining segment will get canceled.
