I checked Expedia and mine also says Economy/Coach now. Do you know when this changed? I already selected seats, and baggage allowance etc. all indicate that it is a business class itinerary. "I" booking code is also a business one. Should we really be concerned here? This will be very costly if not business... from the positioning flight to the long layover. Wouldn't make sense to do if it ends up being an economy ticket.

I think it should be fine. The booking class still shows as "I" which is definitely a business class code. Perhaps it's an Expedia mistake/glitch?

Hotel?

Has anyone booked a hotel and if so where? Since it switched to economy in Expedia, we haven’t booked anything. Our flight is Nov 22.

IHG has a pointsbreak on the Intercontinental in Sao Paulo. I booked that. Don't remember the exact amount but it was a great use of points.

Did online check-in. Can confirm I am seated in the business class cabin for MIA-MEX. Haven't been able to check in for MEX-GRU yet. I assume it is all okay though. Will update after I fly tomorrow!

I just checked in in person at MIA. My J seat is still the same, and I was told to get my MEX-GRU BP in MEX. I am going to assume everything is a-okay, as it shows me as confirmed in I class on MyDelta.

Same here, have my J Boarding Pass for MEX-GRU. We leave in two and a half hours!

Edit: made it to GRU, was fun trying to guess with friends who might have been the other Flyertalker on my flight
