Does ITA matrix show routing restriction or maximum permitted mileage for a fare?

Does ITA matrix show routing restriction or maximum permitted mileage for a fare?
I am finding out why I can't add a VVO connection to a MOW-HKG fare despite it says unlimited transfers allowed and the fare allows on any SU flight. I suspect that possible reason may be routing or MPM. If a fare has such restrictions will it be shown on ITA matrix?

Wrong section to ask, go to the ITA helpdesk threat instead.
But to answer your question, no, you cannot look up the routing rule on ITA.
Use expertflyer or Amadeus for such
Look up the fare with FQD, check if its a routing based fare, if so, do FQR or if its mileage based you can do MPM + 25%
Use gcmap to calulate the miles
