Completely agree.

But it's never really clear which fare is a mistake and which is a long term hidden trick. The current SN OJ for instance might seem like a one time mistake now, but the same OJ has already worked in the past and might work again in the future...
Probably only BF errors are obvious mistake fares but there are very few of those around compared to selfdumps (which are usually not just short term but caused by a faulty computer system which will, most likely, cause the same thing to happen again in the future)

What I want to know is how they get a hold of these "tricks" (long or short). People running these blogs rarely have the patience to learn the game, they are running a business.

yeah its a shame these pigs are going to FORCE the airlines to close this dump, blog for advert $, pig pile occurs, dump gets closed. Whats funny is their 294euro fare isnt that good, In 15 mins I found one for 269 and another for 220 two diff alliances. Or 1 for 157 w a 1x. difference is, theirs will get closed, and our communities will live on year after year, BTW mine dont have any OJ hassles they are rt

Most of their deals are OJ tricks, which easily popup in basic search. I havent seen a 3x, 1x, etc deal on a blog in a while.

It's been chewed over a few times already. Also on blogs.

It's not so hard to figure out OJs C2-C1. Just sit at your computer and plug in cities for a couple of hours, and eventually you'll have something you like under 400 Euros, no dumps needed. Unfortunately C1-C2 isn't as easy, but I guess it makes up for it with C1-C3 being so cheap.

I don't mind the blogs being posted here, but I would prefer that things not get posted out in the main thread because that kills stuff instantly. There is nothing I hate more than a blog killing a deal, especially coming from a blogger who just stole it right off another blog..........

Well, EU people now feel vindicated, c1-c2 being pisss-asss easy for years. You killed the c1-c2 golden goose... Well, geese, all of them. Soon we shall join you, no thanks for the blogs in that.

But things like the OJs for a different carrier based in C2 have worked for years now though they seem to be monitoring the site more now.

Question Regarding 1X

Found a decent FD from C1-C2 on ST from city of Angels with 1X (non-ST) in C4 which reduces fare by couple of hundred, question regarding 1X. If I don't take 1X will my tickets for C1-C2 be canceled?? I've booked it on a fairly popular American OTA.
