The last time during the JP PROMO i had the same problem and I did realize that Chrome an Alitalias page are not always 100% compatible.

Don't remember which one is that - tried with several: FLR-OSA, FCO-PEK...
even some OJs back to LON/PRG/GVA... worked with that, too.

Actually, even DOJ works:

It still says "Codice E-Coupon non valido" here. Tried FLR-OSA roundtrip for 07/02/2013-15/02/2013. Weird. Both chrome and firefox.

Nothing to do with the browser, but the operating airline

change your dates to 08-16 and you will see increase in price, but the code will work

After selecting all AZ flights, the code has no effect on it now. Nothing happens after clicking recalculate. FLR-FCO-OSA

The trick is probably in code sharing. On strictly AZ flights the code works.

Try another browser?

IE if on a PC, Safari if on a Mac...
