perhaps FT heresy but ^ to AF for moving quickly to address what they are claiming as an error fare. 
on apparent complete absence of communication with those whose tickets are being cancelled though. Do the DOT mistake fare rules outline anything in respect of the airline's responsibilities to communicate the cancellation of tickets?

Booked all my trips through AirFrance.com around 8am Pacific Time:
