Mileage run - Missed connection on UA
 
Doing a mileage run from ORD-DEN-ANC-DEN-ORD, but looks like I'm gonna miss my DEN-ANC connection due to maintenance on United. What are my options? Do I still have to fly the route when they can find availability or will they credit me the entire trip?

That is great. Have a gate agent fly you home from Denver then request original routing credit as if you had flown the whole thing.

They actually said I can't fly since I will miss my connection and they put a note in my 1K account to get the PQMs and refunded the ticket.

Hopefully that's ok.
