yep, I've checked almost every couple of hours haha. I'm seated in business all the way. I find that post a little fishy as well but I've already been on high alert as to whether this run will stick or not. I might chance it, but my decision is gonna come down to the wire as to whether I continue with the positioning flight that departs in 5 hours or not. Ideally I'd wanna wait a couple more days before I feel more comfortable about a positioning flight but a flight today was all I could find for award spacto Oz.
you might even have more protection from Australia rules.

Yes I used expedia.co.th as i am normally buying flights originally departing bkk in Thai baht. Price was 32k baht or close to it, so about same everyone else was paying in USD or AUD.
I booked pretty early while this thread was still on page one my chase card was charged, I recieved ticket numbers, Air NZ record locator and seat numbers....really pissed

I plan to file DOT complaint....Air NZ doesn't answer phone calls right now...or at least I'm not willing to waste 20 mins on hold.
