Rough as in relative to the price paid.

Plenty of times I arrived in the US and was out of the airport with a checked bag in 24 minutes, let alone 1.5h. Unless you mean 90' minus the cut off time = 24 min? You should be able to check in online anyway and then just drop off the bag after customs. Or fly with a carry-on if possible.

It may be a bit trickier if you tried to switch to AC for example, but still should be doable. Same fare category is even less important if you miss a connection due to immigration congestion.

I suspect quite a bit of people will be missing the last connection on this fare anyway.

Since this would involve a longer trip carry on is sadly not possible to do. And I do mean 90 minus the cut off time = 24 min and that included a on time landing, walking time etc.

Well lets wait and see if they honor it and then I might call the local office with the missing flight concern..and hoping for a switch to SFO or LAX so it doesn't involve another flight ..and missing the last leg

If they honor, It would be interesting to see if they let people get out of the restricted ticket without penalty or recoup some of their losses through the cancel fee. One of the reasons I didn't book was that, well and avail dates didn't work for me.

As opposed to AZ or ET fares, I feel and hope we might be able to fly it, actually. This "Nihon no kangaru" trip will be amazing way to finish this year for me.
Wonder if there are people here who are flying in the next few weeks?

Lets give it a few days and then we could always create a wiki post to see when everyone is flying

Free cancellation until 11:29 PM on 08/07/2017 EDT. After that time, standard airline cancellation and change penalties apply.
Priceline has odd concepts of cancellation times. Purposely tricky? EDT for a PST booking, and 11:29PM?

Looking at Z availability close in it looks like I won't be able to change for a shorter trip. Going to have to cancel. If only AA inflight wifi was any good I could have booked perfect dates to begin with.

Unless i'm mistaken the minimum stay cannot be waived even if Z space is available.

Important Information
If you made the reservation at least one week before departure and cancel the reservation within 24 hours after your ticket has been issued, you are entitled to a full refund without incurring the refund charge, based on the fare rules. Passengers who have changed the itinerary after ticketing are not eligible.
For people who have booked through ANA. just an FYI since we're about to hit the 24 hour mark

do I look stupid? I needed a 10 day trip but could only book 20. Looking highly unlikely Z space would be available after I fly my outbound.

I'm just jealous you booked it from in flight wifi.

I almost got 2 tix and then my Macbook restarted. Prices jumped for the dates I wanted by the time it came back on. So frustrated.

Well, you can change it for up to 6 months into the future (max stay) so perhaps coupled with some award flights (or any new promo that may come) you could still utilize at least the outbound.
