Please ignore the below as we seem to have a technical issue on qatarairways.com and same is on an urgent investigation with our concerned team.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused, however your issued ticket has so far been suspended awaiting the investigation to be completed due to the wrong fare picked whilst processing your booking.
We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused by this; rest assured our concerned team are currently analyzing the error and we will update you on the soonest time possible as we appreciate your patience.

Qatar issues Tweet about new J promotion
Qatar releases golden tickets (they have done golden tickets in past on a few occasions, working the exact same way (i.e. one city that you have to find has deals to multiple destinations).
Tickets had full fare rules etc on them, it isn't some kind of test fare that shouldnt be booked.
I'd say the combination of actions from Qatar means we purchased these in good faith. I expect they are honored. It should be an easy small claims win if they don't.

Just purchased both and they remained at the $672 level. All of a sudden I might actually be able to maintain ExPlat.

On a side note, it probably doesn't help when Lucky et al are now blogging/bragging about it a la 'Look what I just booked'. Why can't they just leave this alone until the dust settles and instead rub it in?
