[FARE GONE] LAX to LET rt , LATAM Sept/Oct $365 credit to Alaska !
 

This is a crazy good deal if you are crediting to Alaska Airlines. O class all the way which earns 100% flown miles. But also if you fly out of LAX you can connect thru LIM (NOT DFW) and qualify for the double Alaska miles promotion if you fly before September 30. That's an extra 4,181 Alaska miles each way

Can also fly out of Washington, San Fran. Much less lucrative though.

My routing I calculate will earn 12,070 elite miles, 32,500 redeemable miles O class + MVP Gold + LAX LIM promotion.

How did you get to 32k redeemable miles? EDIT: I see you factored in being MVP Gold. Without that it seems like you would earn 12k base miles then an extra 8k roughly for the LAX-LIM double miles promo so 20k total if you have no status.

I added this at the tail end of the AA Haiti J fare. in one week time I'll be flying LGA DAL SEA LAX MIA PAP JFK DFW SEA .. maybe drive .. or buy $60 AS flight between these two LAX LIM BOG LET (2 days) BOG LIM LAX .. and then home to New York somehow. Does that count as a mileage run or what? Lol. Most of it is in F/J but hopefully I can use my LATAM plat upgrade certs and fly F/J everything :) ... decided was going for Gold 75k this year .. devaluations be damned ..

The fare shows up as 368 on Expedia bury $500 on Latham. Can I still get the AS benefits if I book on Expedia and provide my AS number to Latham after the fact?

No experience with LATAM, but AS will only care about the fare code and that it's LAN marketed and operated.

Even if the number can't be added to the LA flights, AS will take the boarding passes and a receipt.

Had to work to find this fare. Pretty brutal layovers, are you just grabbing a hotel in Lima and Bogota? Really wish the fare was valid to other Colombian cities, as Leticia isn't on my wish list. Tempted to take advantage of this just to get a "stopover" in Lima or Bogota, but seems like A LOT of work. Nonetheless, thanks for sharing.

Don't look on Google Flights, you'll never find it. Use ITA with routing codes "LA LIM LA+" on outbound and "LA+ LIM LA" on return.
