More info: The above fare was with outbound on a Thursday and return on a Friday. If both segments are between Monday and Thursday, the fare drops to $1924.

There is a version of this fare available now from YVR to SIN and other S.E. Asian destinations, starting at US$2,278 / CA$3,016. What is interesting is that the routing rules allow backtracking to YYZ. One stopover is permitted as well.
