MH flights from BOM or DEL to NYC
I see ongoing decent prices from BOM or DEL to NYC on MH flights/JL codeshare in business class, often 1300-1500 USD oneway.
Is there a way to force stopovers in KUL and/or NRT with these deals?
Some dates seem to force a night in KUL and others in NRT but I cant seem to find a way to purposely include stop(s).
