Could't find the *A ones? But for Delta there seems to be date restrictions

It doesnt look like. I tried all the options/carriers, but no stopover that I could find.

Interesting routing if anyone has the stomach for it. Fully flat transatlantics AND fully flat transcons on United IAD-HNL-IAD.

1 night in DC, 2 nights in HNL, 1 night in YYZ on the return. You have to change airports in WAS both directions if you want business class on the transborder flights, but if you're ok booked in Y (and earning less PQMs), you can just use IAD both ways.

just making sure European travelers realize "F domestic" is 2-class domestic First for a US carrier. Depending on the equipment, it could be a minor step up.

For example, UA flies real lie-flat seats on only 2 Hawaiian routes routinely: EWR-HNL and IAD-HNL. Most of the rest of the gateway cities to HNL on UA are recliner seats. And none of these really have great food service despite being long flights. Anyway, definitely check out details like this for other carriers. I think DL only has lie-flat from ATL (no surprise).
