Very nice! ^

I have decided that for 2 trips I will fly out to Florence the night before and spend money on a nice hotel, some shopping and a very nice dinner instead of flying.

It is still fun making plans you know will never happen. :D

For the plans that won't happen look into flying into Bologna, nice city aswell and its just a 30 minute cheap train ride into Florence incase there are a couple of Florence trips coming up

When do you fly? It's exciting in the heat of the moment, but once that wears off I often re-think too, if it is actually worth the money (compared to not flying , if you actually didn't need to) and time. A 32 hour trip each way is still a long time, business or not

I know what you mean, but I need to be in DC for work so that's pretty justifiable.

The other one, well, if it sticks then I'll have paid £630 to go to two new countries on the other side of the planet for my year's big holiday.

The thing I'm really worried about is how to convince my girlfriend to come along on the ticket I *may* have excitedly booked for her already...

How many of us here actually slept last night? I think my head is all over this in the last 24 hrs.

Few hours sleep after the first one (I mean booking :D) with the head at "if sticks till tomorrow I'm gonna book some more".
So far 5 intercontinental trips next year on error fares, 3 out of this one (xxx).

Has a "public" EF been online for such a long time ever?

I mean AZ should have noticed it like yesterday around 1 or 2p.m. UTC+1

If you remember the United / Norway OTA error fare / scandal back in 2014 I think, there seemed to be a very clear motive for the mistake fare going on for 24 hours or so.

I can remember the Danish DKK mistake F fares for £60 from LHR to SFO etc... but what was the reason it lasted?

I need to stop... booked 5 fares so far and about to pull the trigger on the 6th... please can AZ pull it now?

Not that one, I believe that was available for a short time(I had that booked as well lol), specifically I had booked IAD to AUH for $200 round trip in Y, The Norwegian agency had received a booking fee for each fare/mistake fare booked. The person who posted about said mistake fare later we found out was an employee of the OTA.

This must be FR and EK's cyber attack to run AZ into the ground..... No other way to understand what's taking them so long on this EF.....!!

It's simple,AZ will have liquidity/cash in bank for 30-60 days, whatever their payment terms for refunds are.
I'm still waiting, over 90 days for a refund AZ processed directly.
