Well, two one tickets at best. But that's not how the OTA shows it. And both "one way" tickets are in one PNR

I bought an AMS-DOH-AKL-DOH-LHR ticket earlier this year in the summer Qatar sale. Should I expect them to change this to a direct AMS-LHR routing?

My FCO-ICN J outbound leg on Dec 31 got cancelled, FLR-FCO got moved to 2 days later. It was good while the dream lasted.
Did they email you or call you? How can you confirm it's cancelled? I have a very similar flight. Thanks.

I was reissued on 001 (AA) stock - fare difference covered by Ebookers - so hoping that one sticks

My other 055 stock booking, I am assuming no chance since it has 2 CX sectors on it.

If you had somehow managed to book it using a fare filed for a oneway AMS-LHR ticket, then absolutely, yes!

Why are you crossing fingers for them if they're hoping to get the tickets cancelled?

I think it's about the blood pressure. I crossed my fingers, too! Very bad for the health.
