I hope it is not one of BA fare mistakes and tickets to be cancelled at a later date

Wrong. Canadian don't need a visa. Infact, when you arrive in U.S . Canadian and U.S citizens have the same line and rest of the nation's fall in separate queue.

It was. It was entered with a decimal point shift: BHD100.000 vs. 1000.00

Good grief. If BA cancels this one it's not at all "obvious" it was an error based on recent business class fares.

Not necessarily as BA's current fare is just 2.5 times the allegedly "error" fare, not 10 times as an error in the decimal point would imply. Similar fares on other carriers are just 3-4 times the error fare, again a huge difference.

if the error was in the base fare, total price including taxes would be easily only 2.5 times more now.
