For each request, please include the following information:

Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Maximum Budget (choose one, and state the value):
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay:

Route(s) You've Already Searched:
Do you have a Chinese Visa (Yes/No)?

For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A NEW THREAD.
There are many good fares to China (PEK or PVG). If you have a Chinese visa, these options will be provided.

If your requested PQM is in a few thousand, please give a more accurate amount. You will get fewer options with a roundup number (eg, 5000 instead of 4830; IAD-SFO nonstop will work for the latter.)

Departure Airport: AMS/BRU/DUS
Miles Needed: 3200 PQM
Required Spend or Maximum Budget (choose one, and state the value): as cheap as possible, with as less time in the air as possible (so mileagerun to SFO is not really an option). Think max 600$ (as I'm only getting silver)
Available Travel Dates: December (preferable weekends)
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay: Yes
Route(s) You've Already Searched: AMS toSFO through IAH
Do you have a Chinese Visa (Yes/No)? Yes, but not applicable in this situation

How about RIC-PVG for $608? You may be tired of PVG with all the China OJ trips.
However, there are other choices out of PHL and EWR, too.

https://www.google.ca/flights#flt=RI...773*.USD.60773

PHL-SFO-PVG-ORD-PHL (one stop in either direction) will work, too. (16,423 PQM).

For silver status, the benefits will not be equal to your time and money of a mileage run unless you want to go shopping in New York or Boston. AMS-LIS-BOS-LIS-AMS for about $612.

The cheapest one is $285 for next weekend. For your dates, the fares are over $500.

Another option within your travel date restriction, saves $100 but still a bit pricey:

UA:$391 SMF-HNL rt 5737PQM (w/ 500mi min)
Tue 25 Dec
UA2086 SMF-SFO 0615-0722
UA1175 SFO-HNL 0901-1240
HA296 HNL-OGG 1525-1607
UA1580 OGG-SFO 2315-0601+1day
UA5445 SFO-SMF 0700-0756
Link: https://goo.gl/flights/3TdEK

Traffic to the airport should be very light.

There's a little flexibility with the flights on that day, but UA1580 is B753 (all without the annoying DirecTV screens flashing when trying to get some sleep).

only need to SDC from LAX-IAH-FLL to LAX-EWR-FLL. So, round trip booking is fine!

The price is fantastic

So book SFO to FLL
and do same day change

or book FLL - IAH - LAX
and then do same day change

LAX to EWR to FLL is 3519 - PQM X 2 = 7038PQM, I will be short by 500PQM for my goal
and LAX to EWR to FLL is also approx 3500 PQM
