For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Budget:
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares okay*:
For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A SEPARATE THREAD.
----
NOTE: there is not much time left in 2017, given that travel tends to be expensive around holidays. You will have greater chances of success if you have greater flexibility on travel dates and cost. If you need a lot of MQMs on weekends only for < 5 cpm it probably won't happen.
Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
----
*"Required Metal or Codeshares" is, approximately, asking whether you need a flight operated specifically by Delta or if partner flights are ok. If you are just looking for MQMs to hit a Medallion tier the normal way, then the answer is yes. If you are doing a status challenge, the answer is also probably yes, but read the T&C of your challenge carefully to be sure (for the regular status challenge the answer is also "yes")
NOTE: some partner flights earn MQMs at reduced rates. See this chart for more info.

Other creative possibilities depending how many MQMs you need:
- signup bonuses for various DL-branded AMEX cards (usually have a spend requirement)
- if you already have planned travel, consider buying up (in advance, not at check in) for 50% MQM bonus and more flexible same-day-confirmed options which are another way to increase MQMs
- Hilton 250 MQMs per stay of 2 nights or more
- if you are close to a threshold Delta often will offer a buy-up (at exorbitant prices). 2016 thread, and speculation/anticipation thread for 2017

If you are willing to go up to Vancouver, BC. China Eastern, YVR-PVG-SIN-PVG-YVR out on Dec. 19 and returning Dec. 21 is between $1000 - $1100 USD depending on routing chosen. It will get you about 18,000 MQM
To get the other 2000 MQM, you can do something like SEA-PHX-SEA for $205 on Dec. 16 (day trip)

I have one week- December 16-22nd. I will need to leave from Seattle the 16th or 15th at night and arrive on the 22nd in Honolulu. I am willing to spend about $1,400 to go somewhere else for a week before ending in Hawaii. Any suggestions? I would prefer to fly Delta, but would be open to other airlines.

Hello all,
I'm Gold on Delta and Houston based (with an international address). I'll make 1k on United this year, but that's been strictly flying star alliance partners internationally. For domestic travel I've become quite fond of Delta even if it means connecting in Minneapolis to to the west coast. Currently Im about 40k miles short of repeating my gold status with Delta.
Trying to decide if it's worth it to go for Gold or Silver given Delta limited support of Houston and the number of miles I need.
I'd be wanting to make 40k miles happen on a budget of about $1200 for gold or 15k miles happen for about $500-$600.

Another option that Zorak just posted about are the LAX-MSP-ANC flights for 8100 miles and costing $289 (E)/$ 304 (X). Check out the thread:

A few years ago when I was a *A flyer, I did SMF-DEN-LGA-IAH-ANC-ORD-LGA-IAH-SMF for something like $450 all in and earned a staggering amount of miles, those were the days.
