Hot Deals FROM Africa
Hello dear fliers. There is a section for flights TO Africa, but there is no forum spot (as far as I know) for those of us IN Africa wanting to travel around (both in and outside Africa) and are looking/sharing crazy deals and error fares. So this thread is for hot deals starting from African airports! :-:

Look forward to seeing this thread progress as I occasionally get the chance to enjoy them.
You can see a thread I posted earlier this month for a great fare out of MPM to Asia, not sure if it's still around now or not.
Also a thread or two about really good ex-South Africa fares with the constantly sliding Rand.

Perfect topic, as I am in Dar Es Salaam, Tansania now and looking for cheap flights, error fares or similar.
Except of fastjet (DAR to Nairobi, Lusaka, JNB) where you can find round trips for 200$ it´s pretty difficult to find nice deals.
Best deals with *A so far are: DAR-Mahe-DAR for 300$ in Y(would be 5000 miles for Miles and Bonus) or 600$ in C.
Any other good deals? Looking forward to that ;-)

Welcome to Flyertalk. Flagged for moderators to move to the MR Discussion forum, as you appear to be suggesting a new feature be added to the forum. There actually are no special threads for deals to any specific country/continent, or from any specific country/continent. FT does not have as many members based in Africa as it does in the US, Europe, and Asia, and hence that is why there are fewer deals from Africa posted.
If a Mileage Run Deal is found from Africa, it should be posted just like any other Mileage Run Deal.

Actually being a *G based in CAI , I've been looking for mileage runs from CAI. EgyptAIR has a few good deals every now and then but ITA matrix does NOT find any award or special fares tickets

And while CPT doesn't have many on here, there are several posts ex-JNB. given how limited service is out of CPT, you shouldn't expect any more posts for CPT than for Little Rock

ITA matrix is never going to show you any award tickets, you need something like ExpertFlyer or Award Nexus
