UA: Need $176 pqd from ewr
I am $176 short of Platinum on United. Looking for cheapest/shortest trip out of Newark. As best I can tell, I need to spend at least $204 total to get the $176 pqd.
Any suggestions on cheapest/quickest round-trip same day turn sometime between 12/18 and 12/31?

Depending on the airport/route you may need more than $204 all in it appears. EWR-CLT-EWR quick turn is $209.10 on 12/29 BUT united.com states the fare is 174.89 and the taxes/fees 34.21. Unless some of those fees count as PQD (I don't think they do?) then it's a dollar short of what you need.
The same routing EWR-CLT-EWR is $278 all-in 12/20 or 12/21.
EWR-IAD-EWR $286 on 12/22.

12/28 EWR-BTV-EWR, depart EWR at 3:30pm, spend a few hours at BTV, turn around on the 8:08pm, back in EWR at 9:30.

Taxes and fees $36.07
Total $215.60
Note: There is a cheaper EWR-BTV-EWR turn that day if you leave in the morning, but it only generates $165.58 base fare. Be careful to book the turn with enough base fare.
