You can combine with AA domestic fares to make circle trips but then you are essentially paying for OSL-JFK//SFO-OSL + JFK-SFO, with the JFK-SFO at domestic F or J prices.

Use miles/cash/whatever to travel separately.
Thanks for posting, Calchas. I had already just discovered it shortly before you posted...searching for tix to the US from various European ports for Paddy's Day, I was at first annoyed to get economy results when I thought I was doing a J search from OSL [Norway has been golden for some time now!!!]....I now have 3 tickets for the coming months!
