The AA versions of these fares are different from the BA one Calchas posted above. Among other things, they have different seasonality:
PERMITTED 18APR 15 THROUGH 31OCT 15 ON THE OUTBOUND TRANSATLANTIC SECTOR.

But the 50 day advanced fare on AA has no minimum stay requirement at all.

Anyone else having trouble choosing a seat on their BA/Open Skies flight? I bought via Iberia (needed to do layover in MAD get back to JFK early to catch a business flight to SAN, instead of the 16:30 nonstop). I tried choosing on both Iberia and BA's sites. BA is saying "Seat choices are available at check-in."

Got a question. On Google flights I'm able to find a LGA ORD CDG RT - shows bookable on AA and BA websites. But can't seem to pull up on BA.com. Any ideas or this is not do-able?

Should be

BA IT is not great

It may be better to telephone BA (now we know it is not a mistake fare)

Alternatively try the multicity tool on BA.com. But it is pretty awful.

It keeps telling me BA doesn't fly out of LGA.
If I telephone in, would I be able to take advantage of the AARP discount?

Urgh that sounds like BA IT. Try NYC as the code instead of LGA?

Kept trying and trying and finally able to pull up flights out of LGA. It wouldn't allow me to have less than 120 minutes of connection time at ORD.

Will probably take the nonstop from JFK outbound and EWR inbound to make life simpler right now!

If you're asking do/did they exist, yes. I saw them while browsing yesterday -- think they were listed as codeshares (BA#/AA metal). Of course, availability is a factor with each passing hour.

No, this ain't normal. For me, signing up the AARP yesterday and my browser immediately registered the AARP information on its own for the BA/aarp site without having to physically type in the numbers at all. There was no wait time for any verification, it should be automatic and instantaneous. Then again, YMMV.

You need to sign up for AARP membership, then log on to the BA - AARP joint site, which is a sub-website of BA.com for AARP members. It will give you $400 discounts per roundtrip in Club World booking but you must depart from the U.S. I believe. Then you need to have a U.S. based Chase BA Visa Signature card, which will give you another 10% off the entire amount.
