I just booked one off of Google flights. It was pretty easy to see the dates - practically everything was $448CAD.

EDIT: Fortaleza (FOR) is also available at the same price.

Playing with dates to see if I can make this work for my 2015 plans...

Unless one of your prior clients has paid for a visa in the past (one of my colleagues), or paid for a passport of another nationality that is visa exempt (in my case) :D

10 year visa no worries. but please read some trip reports. brazil is not a cheap destination.

Yes, been to GIG, not cheap, and the loonie has not held up quite as well as the USD although the real has gone down a bit as well.

Yeah if you live on the USD it has gotten much better in Brazil for you, most of South America, actually.

I consider the $160 an investment, if it lasts 10 years, amortized is just $16 a year. Sounds good to me
