OneTravel has an awful sales fee, I think it's $28 per ticket.

Orbitz allows 24-hour cancellations, which really is more than 24 hours in most cases. So if one books at 1AM CST (US), it is possible to cancel almost 48 hours later without penalty in most cases. I decided that the flights, while quite discounted, weren't commitments I wanted to make and cancelled near 10PM CST. In contrast, onetravel, only seems to allow a four-hour window to cancel. So I'd love to find an OTA that affords a touch more flexibility when/if I come to my senses tomorrow.

EDIT: It went through
If I might ask, which OTA did you use? I booked a NYC-JFK via onetravel plus a BKK but haven't gotten any confirmation or even emails from them. I wish that the airline had more fifth-freedom routes to the states, assuming this works.

Anybody been ticketed through vayama? I'm thinking of canceling and rebooking through one travel.

ORD-HYD went through for me. Seemed to take a little longer than usual, but at least it's confirmed.

Thank you and the next poster. You're both rock stars. I never think to check the spam folder. Instead, I sit and fret.

Booked at $435pp JFK-MXP in August. Not as good as the rest of these fares but will get me and the family to Il Palio in Siena!
