The BA one even makes for useful throwaway ticketing even with checked luggage for a one-way to LHR. [There is an LHR-LGW land sector at your own expense that involves claiming bags at LHR.]

$218 for a one-way from NYC to LHR that earns pretty useful miles is a pretty good deal.

The JFK-CTA deal is still showing on CheapoAir, but the $181 fare is only the base fare. With tax, title, license, and YQ, it's $320. Still a helluva deal but not the $181 you were expecting.

I wasn't able to pull it up on Matrix with the proper syntax for what I saw on Cheapoair at $291 on NOV 5-9.

I'd like to be able to search up other dates for January perhaps.

I was able to purchase 2 tickets for $198 each.The base fare was $78 and its still alive.
