Wish I could. I've never been to CTA (though I have seen their football team in person!) and the fare is awesome enough to stomach AA (and credit the small number of AZ miles to DL), but I have a flight to Asia from the WC on 10/27.

I booked my flights for 2 people: JFK-CTA RT Oct 22nd-26th(Connection in Rome and Zurich on the way back). Purchased at 3:30pm and got the tickets/confirmation email from CHEAPOAIR at 3:58pm. Cost was $365.70 total ($78.00 + $127.85 (taxes) - $23/24 (NY15 promo code) = $182.00 per person with taxes all in).
I log into the AA site and it reads under the ticketed reservation: $711.40 USD. I know my card was only charged $365.70 but strange to see AA adding $511.40 in taxes....perhaps their site is trying to make sense of the booking.

Got my tickets and seat assignments. This is definitely the first fare I've booked like this. If its a mistake, but I have confirmed seat assignments does that mean they are going to honor it?
