[FARE GONE] DL: DFW-HKG, $651 a/i

Right around 4.1cpm for this DFW-HKG (X) fare, depending on routing, of course. (I don't speak DL; I assume X is a full-earning fare-basis.)

Routing seems wide-open: I saw SEA, MSP, DTW, etc, for no increase in price; even ATL for an additional ~$22.

Sample dates: 08MAY - 12MAY.

Only $25 extra for a quick Saturday-Monday turn.

How these DL, UA deals are beginning to hurt while AA is not matching anything!

How pathetic. DL is so openly attacking an AA hub! AA should respond with ATL/DTW/MSP etc.

Can't seem to find anything from MSP/DFW to HKG for that low. The best was $1120 in Aug and Sep.

Gone?

Not close to DL's price, but

I just put on hold an ATL-DFW-HKG RT in Dec on AA that was at least $500 less than an LAX/SFO/ORD/DFW to HKG, at $1170 all in. Sorry, didn't check closer in dates as I'm ticketed out through Nov already. So, maybe just undercutting DL out of ATL but not matching the pricing.

Given what I can see for availability, it looked like a drive by.

ETA: Disregard previous. Same search on ITA yield tons of availability. Either it's not working well today or I'm not.

Why, when UA is doing it for them?

(I *wish* they would too, but...)

The better question is why is DL not attacking USAir hubs since they are the same(AA) now? Looking for Charlotte-based DL runs.

People in US hubs don't even think they can go to Asia.
