[FARE GONE] Lots of UA ATL-AMS (and other cities) Z fares; less than $2k for July

There are two categories of US cities involved, DL hubs and other, generally secondary, airports.
From some DL Hubs, UA P fares are valid to a much wider range of cities in Europe:
SLC/MSP/DTW/ATL/CVG/MEM-AMS/MXP/FCO/CDG/MLA/VCE/TRN/FLR/NAP/PMO/CTA/BUD/PRG/CPH/IST/WAW/ARN/OSL/KRK/PRG/TLL/RIX/etc
(but not JFK nor LAX?)

Other airports are valid to a smaller set of cities in Europe:
BOS/SJC/SMF/MOD/BWI/BUR/ONT/SNA/PSP/HNL/SEA/PDX/AUS/PIT/TUS/TPA/ALB/etc/etc-AMS/MXP/FCO/CDG/MLA/VCE/TRN/FLR/NAP/PMO/CTA/etc

Most UA hubs don't have the fare filed (not SFO for sure), but apparently EWR has at least EWR-VCE/NCE (but not EWR-MXP/PMO/FCO/CDG)

Some destinations in Europe have a slightly higher base fare:
MRS/LYS

(please add more cities to either origin or destination side that are valid)

Be careful in your airline selection - there are PQM/RDM implications to this. For example, for the UA program, UA P earns 150% PQM/RDM, LH P earns 100% PQM/RDM, and it appears that OS P earns nothing.
Similarly it looks like UA P class credited to Aegean (A3) earns nothing. Visit this United webpage then click on the Star Alliance partner to determine mileage earnings.

Wow, I was going to use 60K this summer to fly coach award but this is tempting.
Plus I would earn star gold on aegan with basically just one flight.

What you found is pure gold and what you've done is send a ton of people to Europe this summer in business for the price of economy. I was looking to go to CDG that weekend with my girlfriend anyway and was going to book economy. Good thing I didn't.

You'll get a cheers when I arrive there. ^

Now, if you change the dept date, it will price out at the fare valid at the time you reissue your ticket.
You have to watch P fares, they sometimes have a number of restrictions since they are discounted BF tickets

There is still wide open availability from BWI for me. Use UA's fare calendar with a flexible departure date. Seems that the best deals are available for Thurs-Sat departures, with Sun-Weds departures at normal fares.

I just did a search for the lowest Econ fare....these P fares appear in the results. They are currently the cheapest BWI-Europe published fares, pretty remarkable. About time we get some of these deals.

Nice. Just booked SJC-DEN-ORD-FRA-FCO and FCO-BRU-IAD-DEN-SJC for only $1500 per person.

However, two segments are codeshare partners. What happens to United's 24 hour refund window if you are booking codeshare partners? I guess worst case is that they don't confirm and cancel the booking right?

Nope. I forget if it was this thread of the one in the UA forum but I think someone checked and it was only into Europe.
