There are two categories of US cities involved, DL hubs and other, generally secondary, airports.
From some DL Hubs, UA P fares are valid to a much wider range of cities in Europe:
SLC/MSP/DTW/ATL/CVG/MEM-AMS/MXP/FCO/CDG/MLA/VCE/TRN/FLR/NAP/PMO/CTA/BUD/PRG/CPH/IST/WAW/ARN/OSL/KRK/PRG/TLL/RIX/etc
(but not JFK nor LAX?)
Other airports are valid to a smaller set of cities in Europe:
BOS/SJC/SMF/MOD/BWI/BUR/ONT/SNA/PSP/HNL/SEA/PDX/AUS/PIT/TUS/TPA/ALB/etc/etc-AMS/MXP/FCO/CDG/MLA/VCE/TRN/FLR/NAP/PMO/CTA/etc
Most UA hubs don't have the fare filed (not SFO for sure), but apparently EWR has at least EWR-VCE/NCE (but not EWR-MXP/PMO/FCO/CDG)
Some destinations in Europe have a slightly higher base fare:
MRS/LYS
(please add more cities to either origin or destination side that are valid)
Be careful in your airline selection - there are PQM/RDM implications to this. For example, for the UA program, UA P earns 150% PQM/RDM, LH P earns 100% PQM/RDM, and it appears that OS P earns nothing.
Similarly it looks like UA P class credited to Aegean (A3) earns nothing. Visit this United webpage then click on the Star Alliance partner to determine mileage earnings.

[FARE GONE] Lots of UA ATL-AMS (and other cities) Z fares; less than $2k for July

It didn't. It just moved me on the skywest segment for a CRJ from a business seat to economy. It is just a few inches of legroom and width difference.
Sorry if my message was confusing. DEN-FRA is an angle flat. Was wondering if the schedule change, insignificant as it is, would be enough to allow me to route through LAX-FRA which is a lie flat.

I have a question. I have a reservation with United. I did a ticket exchange for one of these P fare sales. I have the payment screen that says amount due is $960.10 ($1550 les $598.90 for old ticket). That is also the amount that United authorized to my AMEX. However this must have happened at the same time as the fare was pulled. Now United has changed the itinerary but they say I owe $4900 for it to ticket.
I understand that fares get pulled, but I'm wondering if since it let me get all the way to the payment screen and they authorized my card can they do this? And before I get the smart *ss answer of they can do anything they want, please don't flame. I'm asking an honest question.
I do have a similar itinerary ($50 more) on hold if need be, but I was hoping to use the ticket since I won't be taking the trip it was for. I also can't refund the ticket because part of it is a bump voucher that I will lose in a refund.

Is this completely gone? Anyone see anything from SEA still?
I was about to book SEA-LAX-FRA-FLR and return on priceline and the fare went away by the time I entered my credit card information.

I wonder if the "sale" is any indication that we are not going to see these prices come back any time soon. Meaning that if they just kicked off a sale, for how ever long, would UA then turn around and drop the prices to what we just saw? I suppose stranger things have happened.
Edited to add; I do enjoy that the sale price for one of my segments, EWR-AMS, is $6905.

If you haven't already done so, take a screenshot of the payment screen. I've had success in the past via the web services help team in getting a booking done at the a particular cost that kept erroring out followed by a price change. I would call them and see what they say. I want to say that I didn't call them directly, but was transferred over from the regular number. Good luck!
It's really annoying that they can pull something like this after authorizing a card. I liken it to bait and switch which is totally illegal. I know it may not be the same thing technically, but it's what it feels like.

Expect at least half an hour to resolve this, if not more.

Did you put it on hold or attempt to pay for it and they tried to charge you more after the card was authorized? That is what happened to me. I'm on the phone now trying to get a supervisor to get me the fare that was authorized on my card. I will give him credit. He's really trying.
If you held it or tried to pay but it didn't issue, try calling web help desk. I had to email a pdf of my payment screen and after nearly 2 hourss, he's finally managed to find it and manually put it in. Of course I had the benefit of having the screen shot and the AMEX being authorized for the amount shown on the payment screen shot.
Assuming he comes back with the right thing, here's what I have:
TYS-VCE (via ORD, IAD, ZRH, & MUC)
FCO-HNL (via BRU, EWR, & IAD)
6 days in Honolulu (free stay certificates)
HNL-AMS (via EWR, CDG, & VIE)
AMS-TYSS (via FRA & ORD)
It was about $3k all in before the flight exchange of $600 - $400 of which was a VDB voucher. So for $2600 2 roundtrips to Europe plus 1 to Hawaii isn't all bad.
Unfortunately I messed up on the return and did the LH 747 which only nets 100%. I wanted to change it to the AMS-IAH flight, but I ran out of time. I'm hoping for a schedule change where I can bump it to the UA AMS-IAH flight so I get the extra 50% EQM. If not, oh well. Lesson learned. I had the itinerary on lhold last night before bed to play with today and I had to buy what i'd held. No biggie though. I'll deal. It's paid business so I'm okay with it.
My other across the water segments are on UA which I understand isn't the greatest, but again it's paid business so I can deal.
I was told to print out my payment page and bring it with me on the trip in case I had any problems.
Thank God I have the month of August free to travel! I'd have bought one more, but my brother is taking my mom to Europe in July and I have to watch the dog. He's nearly 17 and has alzheimers so he can't be boarded. I was missing a couple of things I really wanted to do but this makes it all better.

My ticket on Air Canada to Italy that I booked this morning is now up to $9197! I am going to feel a little guilty if the person sitting next to me in BIZ paid that kind of money!!!

These were not error fares. This was deliberate and planned. There is no reason to think otherwise. They would not have been filed and revised over several filing windows if they were errors.
