There are two categories of US cities involved, DL hubs and other, generally secondary, airports.
From some DL Hubs, UA P fares are valid to a much wider range of cities in Europe:
SLC/MSP/DTW/ATL/CVG/MEM-AMS/MXP/FCO/CDG/MLA/VCE/TRN/FLR/NAP/PMO/CTA/BUD/PRG/CPH/IST/WAW/ARN/OSL/KRK/PRG/TLL/RIX/etc
(but not JFK nor LAX?)

Other airports are valid to a smaller set of cities in Europe:
BOS/SJC/SMF/MOD/BWI/BUR/ONT/SNA/PSP/HNL/SEA/PDX/AUS/PIT/TUS/TPA/ALB/etc/etc-AMS/MXP/FCO/CDG/MLA/VCE/TRN/FLR/NAP/PMO/CTA/etc

Most UA hubs don't have the fare filed (not SFO for sure), but apparently EWR has at least EWR-VCE/NCE (but not EWR-MXP/PMO/FCO/CDG)

Some destinations in Europe have a slightly higher base fare:
MRS/LYS

(please add more cities to either origin or destination side that are valid)

Be careful in your airline selection - there are PQM/RDM implications to this. For example, for the UA program, UA P earns 150% PQM/RDM, LH P earns 100% PQM/RDM, and it appears that OS P earns nothing.
Similarly it looks like UA P class credited to Aegean (A3) earns nothing. Visit this United webpage then click on the Star Alliance partner to determine mileage earnings.

ORD, LAX, and IAD at a minimum all get the 747-8 from Frankfurt. As someone else mentioned, OS had pretty good availability on VIE-ORD and v.v. which is a 767 with lie flats. It also has several seats that are by themselves (i.e., they are both windows and aisles) which can be good for solo travelers. Did anyone manage to route onto the LOT 787 through WAW?

Somewhat OT, but found it while searching for these fares.

$3998 for LX or LH F, I think it's cheaper than anything I've seen to Europe for an F fare.

Same dates, same airlines.

I avoided LH TATL specifically because of this.

Not just the TATL J, but he's got a trifecta of some of the worst products: UA domestic F, LH TATL J, and LH EuroBiz.

Whoa, them's fightin' words! The upper-deck C on the UA 747 is one of the most-sought-after seats in the UA universe. Are you perhaps confusing it with the UA 747 Y cabin, by far the worst mainline seating UA offers?

I think I saw the same thing, but it's only for one way in F (A), the other way in J (P).

Lots of dates out of las via iah-fra-vce. Iah-fra would be a380 on LH. Aug 10, 11,14,15 im sure you can find more. I don't care about lie flat, I would rather have a more comfortable plush chair that leans far back then an uncomfortable bed. If im in a bed other then my own, the I want a queen size heavenly westin bed or better. I flew back from syd in BF on UA 747 and was very uncomfortable. Oh, the way there I had a middle rear facing seat which I didn't love. I used to enjoy Continental (rip) BF before the lie flat days.

I wrote BF and I couldn't get the upper deck because I changed my flight last minute and I cant do the take off rear facing.
