[FARE GONE] DL : SFO-ANC @ $244.69 ai (8,498mi, 2.9cpm)
SFO-ANC fare dropped up to $20 r/t this morning from yesterday. You can get many miles with SEA Double MQM's in summer.

Delta just lowered its fare by about $20 today. Yesterday, it was about $283 peak season and $263 regular season.
This is a very good fare to visit Alaska during summer time. Please remember to register double MQM prior to booking since only tickets purchased after registration will count.

Even if they did, it would not qualify for the double MQM's. The double MQM's are only valid for flights on DL metal that are routed through SEA.
DL codeshares on AS, and flights not through SEA, do not count.

Be careful with this fare then since the AS metal flights need to NOT be codeshares or marketed by DL to qualify for DEQM...there is discussion about this over in the AS forum.

best I saw AS metal/AS ticket # was LAX-ANC direct for $350 -- doesn't make the mark for MR without EQM bump.

There are a few SAN-MSP-ANC-MSP-SAN turns floating around for $380.
I am not a DL guy so don't know if they qualify for double miles but at 4.7cpm I figured I'd bring it up.

Why is that? If somebody travels for business on expensive fares, and thus can meet the MQD threshold that way, but if those flights don't have high MQM, this enables them to supplement the MQM part.

You can do SAN-SEA-ANC-SEA-SAN for the same price and on a same-night: depart at 5:05p and return 9:49a

did you find AS marketed, AS metal flights at this price? if so can you please share? i haven't seen anything, but am very interested in making some runs if they are out there!
