Just booked (14 mins ago) 2/15 2/19 on kayak for $129.46. already picked seats on lan.com as it ticketed instantly. A lot of itineraries were changing price when you clicked but if you click enough one will be acceptable.

I'd just keep the first one. The rest aren't worth the premium given that you will want to visit the capital city likely, which will either involve bus/train/airport. It's much more convenient to be based out of the biggest city and then make trips to wherever else you need to be.

Having been to Argentina before (not BUE though...Mendoza, Bariloche, etc.) I know how expensive domestic tickets for non-Argentinians can be, and how long bus rides can be, so I wanted to protect myself while I do some more research.

I purchased via Orbitz about 40 minutes ago and got a LAN PNR. I can pull it up at lan.com, but it refers to customer service for changes. Boy am I out of practice on all of this. :-)

...just got seats!

You know more about it then I do then Can't you book at a local Argentinian travel agent to get local rates?
