Need Help With AA Mileage Run PHL-LAX

Not a true "mileage run" but need help booking a multi-city trip to LAX to achieve 6000 miles while traveling from PHL - LAX. Ideally, I would like to leave PHL on September 20 and return on September 22 or 23. My dates are somewhat flexible. I have looked up flying through SEA and MIA, but can't seem to find a good price. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

If you know of a route or tool to check on this, please pass on the info....

Read: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/milea...rums-work.html.

Your post seems to target a trip-specific itin and thus should go to a TA.

It is trial and error.

Go to Kayak's multicity (or whatever it is called) function and start plugging away.

I recommend starting out of JFK or LGA. That may give you more options.

Could do PHL-DFW-LAX-LAX-TUS-DFW-PHL.

That's 5140 miles approx. for 456.50, or just under 9 CPM. Just add in a quick 2 segment trip with the 500 min (assuming you're already GLD) and you're at your 1k cheaply.

EDIT: Are you needing EQM, EQP or RDM here? Important parameter.

Thanks. I have been using AA's site and ITA.

I need EQM, it's for the promo they had a few weeks ago. JFK or LGA was more expensive, at least that's what I found.

Then the fare is fair game for the 5k EQM. Just cap it off with a cheap 1k and you'll be set.
