Does DL still award 500 mile mins to non elites? If so, this is actually just under 4,500 miles and 3.1 cpm. Thanks for another great find!

Yes.
I try to only post BIS (butt in seat) miles. There are many airline programs one can credit miles to, and regular changes occur to these programs. Individuals should always confirm earning potential to their preferred FF account....

Fare still available, but may not have seats for your dates....
