Bought the $558 ticket. The fare basis is "NRLXBG" Can anyone confirm this fare basis is good for MQM earning?

Check out airlineroute.net, the update states 3 times a week starting 10/26, then daily on October 31.

Optiontown

Does anyone have any experience with Optiontown? It seems like an interesting concept, I can upgrade my ticket to Clase Premier for $399 each way if space allows... However, they hold my $399 each way in limbo until then, and then refund it if it doesn't happen.

E class is not listed. However, happily N is. 100% too.

typo in the OP: presumably it's AF (Air France) not AS (Alaska Air)

EDIT: Or is it referring to the mileage accrual and not the codeshares?

This fare is good for 100% accrual with DL and AS.

AF appears to clock in at 50%.

I did not, and won't. Is the reason that this fare is missing some surcharges and therefore alerting DL would be a bad thing? In past MRs, I have booked through the PSSL but it was one that actually came up on DL.dumb whereas this one does not.

If you don't mind, where did you book this?
I'm getting the 'price just increased' run-around from Orbitz and CheapTickets.
TIA

I'd say that the fuel surcharge (YR) is coded incorrectly, it's $2.80, but in disecting a ATL-MAD flight on AM, it's also coded at $2.80, so it's not the fuel surcharge that's causing this to be so low.

It's entirely possible that they are attempting to get more people on the 787? Maybe there are low sales on it... I'd use that argument if the code share on AF wasn't also the same price.

Ours is not to reason why, ours is just to buy buy buy?

This is an AM fare, DL.com is of no use and the AM site has limitations....use 3rd party OTA....Try ex(pedia).com Multiple Destinations, it even shows the fare class.

Priceline.com works well. Select Aeromexico as preferred airline.

And orbitz.com. Same MO.

travelo****ity canceled one of my RGN tickets. Since then, I've been avoiding them like the plague. I suggest others similarly avoid them.

Hell hath no fury like a moderator scorned...

Has anyone booked this with a stopover in MEX?

Shame I can't get this one to work for me. I need to go late Feb early March and return late March, but it prices out at 1800 dollars. On priceline and orbitz anyway. Am I missing a trick?

No availability on your days perhaps?

Are you limiting your airlines to AeroMexico?
