Most people start getting interested when the EQMs come in around 4.5 cents or less.

A good MR is solely based on opinion and departure airport.

Well, I live 2 miles from LAX, and my biz flying will taper off in May of this year. Looking to re-qualify with some added help.

If you are looking for help finding an AA MR out of LAX....
What type of mileage are you in need of and when can you travel?

Although this fare is already gone, it is one recent example of what to look for (on AA, from LAX, and taking advantage of the DEQ11 Promo extension):

A sliding scale (credit to BryanIAH) looks something like this:

< 5 cents per eqm = acceptable
< 4 cents per eqm = good
< 3 cents per eqm = very good
< 2 cents per eqm = excellent
< 1 cents per eqm = ultimate

A casual glance of the current MR postings are in the 4.1 - 4.7 cpm range. That seems to be where there is some action.

I'm probably going to be in need of 25K+ this year.
I can only fly Saturdays.

Thanks,
