Not for free, but if you click on that time to think button, you can pay a fee to hold the fare for a week, I believe.

V fares on KLM earn 100% with Alaska Airlines, I think.
Think that's a fairly recent change - eqm's too

I was able to get MSP-BOS-LHR-BOS-MSP with 5 hour layovers in BOS on both ends. $680 a/i. Already had to go to LHR, and $680 is about the cheapest I've seen from MSP in a long time. They really burn you out of this airport.

The ticket wouldn't book on Delta.com. Delta aknowledged that it was an IT error. I booked an itinerary I did not want, and they changed to the flights I requested without a fee.

Question...

Was this done over the phone?

Yes.

As a side note, the 5 hour layovers were by design so I could swing home in BOS and get a change of clothes.

Delta confirmed that I was not violating any fare rules, but that their system could not price the itinerary I was looking for.

Oddly enough, Kayak shows some routings for $280 (KLM ticket) but these of course turn into $424 once you reach the KLM site.

yes you can cancel within 24 hours. you have to call and tell them to cancel it. I am not sure it is widely known in klm. but i found someone to do it.

JFK-AMS-LHR is "Operated by KLM" but DL T fare class. Still 100% MQM (etc.) if booked thru Delta.com? I've snagged it for now, but will return it if I won't get 100% MQM/miles + Plat bonus miles

Looks like JFK-AMS-LHR-JFK (KL/DL) is still available for $349 on April 1-3.

I'm curious, did anyone get it for under $300?

Lots of airlines have $81 RT base fares NYC-LON. So I really doubt it is a mistake.
