Not sure why you need a certificate when you already have a voucher. Is the voucher not valid without a "certificate". I have a ground transportation voucher that I found/printed by going to my expedia.ca account... doesn't say anything about a "certificate".

Yes, I've been checking spam every day. I am encouraged that someone got an email today. I guess I will keep checking but was really hoping to use the certificate this weekend. For what it cost me, I won't complain though!!
