I could be wrong but HA is subcontracting support services through call centers in the Philippines, which may include issuance of e-ticket and web support. This could be the reason why the fare is still alive. But regardless, PLEASE STOP CALLING THE AIRLINE for seat assignments or cancellation issues. For online purchases, HA has no clear info for 24-cancellation.

Once again sorry about my previous stupid behavior.
Can someone answer my question so I don't need to do another stupid thing.
This is C ticket but we still need to pay for the baggage fee, right?

This is a question I want to know also, but I am patiently waiting until the deal is toast to call.

If anyone knows how to pull up the fare basis using any method please let me know. KVS doesn't seem to work for me

Question

Fare basis, are you talking about this?

Fare Rules
Flight Information:
HA6001 | Class: First | Fare Code: JOTST/WEB
HA36 | Class: First | Fare Code: JOTST/WEB

That's the info I pulled from a confirmation email...at the very end...

Oops sorry. Not Fare Basis. Fare Rules.

Nobody knows yet if we have to pay for baggage or change fees.

These are the two main things I want to know.

Free luggage in C is pretty much a given. Who knows how much, but you can probably figure that out by checking the HA and KE sites.

Change fee, well, that's unclear.
