[FARE GONE] DL: IAH-NRT: $454.70 all-in; April-only

Similar fare to the EWR and CLE deals. Try a "flexible weekend travel" search on delta.com. Looks like the base fare is $390.20. Books into "T" class. Route through SEA if you want the audio and video on-demand of the 330 (although you'll have to accept a longer layover and the domestic flight on AS metal).

DL is going nuts, it seems. Reminds me of the crazy Europe sale last year. Too bad Skymiles are worse than Zimbabwean currency.

Hoping *A matches some of these... though ever since the US TIB promotion I haven't been flying Y.

Very interesting....IAH-ATL-NRT-JFK-IAH for $463,

or 45K miles + $13 using Pay with miles.
Good way to dump miles. Except no upgrade path.

Its not as bad now that they have added the Skymiles Marketplace. Hotels book for less miles than with Marriott points.

So true...but then, why earn SkyMiles ?
I saw a post yesterday that DL would match
any reward you could book on other airlines.
But it was just a joke.

I ticketed for 45K miles and $11.
But...took the 24-hour free cancel,
TPAC in economy.....uggh...can't do it.
