Wow. Great fare. Found on ita 4/27-5/2-3 plus others. Not worth repositioning from the southeast but I do have some buddy passes that would get me to Seattle. Hmmmm.(?).

Awesome find! My findings indicate that the AC flights are actually UA op flights.

Only available dates on AC.Com are Saturdays, and only day at $79 is for the O/B on May 9th. Return Saturdays are all $279.

Regardless, I booked the week. Came in at $471 ai (CA$) which is almost as cheap as HNL.

FYI, u can also do multi trip with: YVR-HNL, HNL-KOA, KOA-YVR for about the same price.

I got it!
Monday - Friday in Kona
Friday and Saturday night in HNL
Home late Sunday to YVR

$265 all in (CA$). S class - I think that earns Aeroplan status points.

Also - does UA give you 24 hours to cancel penalty free?

S is a tango plus fare so it's 100% miles on AC.

Yes, CDN dollars.

Bummer is I took advantage of AC's $52 each way fare to DFW out of YVR and that is the same weekend! So, now I have to cancel that one. I do have an MCO to use that will offset though.

BTW - almost 10,000 Status miles for this Hawaii trip 2.65 cpm!
