I was hot to book this, but calculated the cpm w/ positioning costs and came up w/ ~.05/eqm. And for literally a couple bucks more this would take me all the way home to my small regional airport. ^ Thanks anyway, Rlh.

Don't see it on united.com

Either I'm doing something wrong, or it's gone. For the sample dates mentioned, YVR to LHR is $804, YYZ to LHR $648, and YYZ to FRA $691. Is it a trick? I thought there weren't any tricks for *A currently.

It's not gone

But you have to put it in as a multi segment, with the originating flight beginning in YVR and the return going into SEA/SFO/LAX. If you do a roundtrip originating and ending YVR you'll see the higher pricing.

Raffles, I'm in awe of you.

I was able to find this on UA in February, but it priced out at $458. I'll keep trying, but thanks!

I calculated with my positioning (to YVR) and overnight costs, roughly $200.

Positioning fare from SFO on Allegiant Air to Bellingham is currently as low as $28. Add more $$ for the bus from Bellingham to YVR.

Thanks RLH, I love when these fares break the -$399 barrier.

I was able to price a fare following the above rules, but arriving at another united hub. You guys can probably guess which.

Total $388.40 a/i in December.

Bookable on .bomb
