NW Too!

I'm seeing some dates July-Sept as low as $203 all in. Limited availability though, and seem to require 1-2 stops.

Limited availability, but there are some $220 BUF-SJC flights on DL also. Both DTW & BUF might be interesting for Ontario mileage runners.

Would this flight earn 100% points for CO OnePass?

You'll earn 100% onepass miles, only 50% for status miles.

thanks to the OP for the heads-up on a great deal.

there are still some weekend turns DTW-SMF on DL
June 26-29
July 11-13
Aug 24-26
Sept and Oct more

NW has the best deal but only this coming weekend and only if booked tonite.
6/27-6/29. (anybody want to join me on a MR ?)

I'm pricing these at 4-5 cents per EQM.
All deals I found require 1-2 overnights !
I cant locate any same day or next day turns.
Still a nice vacation and there is not much to be found for us detroit hub-captives.

I booked on NW for October 29-October 30 for $203.

leave DTW at 7:05pm, arrive SMF at 11:06pm
turn around next morning, 9:05am out of SMF, arrive home in DTW at 5:51pm

Not a same day turn, but can leave work at regular time on Wednesday, take Thursday off, and get about 4092 eqms out of the deal. 4.96cpm.

This is still very active, in September and October. I found a routing on Orbitz DTW-MKE-MSP-SMF and SMF-MSP-ORD-DTW, for an extra 1000 miles for 219.99 all-in.

Also routable DTW-CMH-MSP-SMF (on nwa.com) 100 or so more eqm's than via MKE or ORD.

Exclamation Combo DL and NW flights : BEWARE

I probably booked the last August one on nwa.com yesterday DTW-MSP-SMF-ATL-DTW for $207
(overnight in SMF)

the only complaint is the DL codeshare flight to ATL I got stuck with, zero chance of upgrade (thats 0.00%) and reduced elite bonus miles for us NWA elites too. Thats why I hate flying DL, they never give me UG's even if I booked on NWA.com and the flight has a NW Flight# and there are empty seats in FC and I am NW elite. Thanks. And then I always get shaved on the elite bonus miles to add injury to insult. Great partnership guys. NW and DL cant even coordinate check-in and seating on flights they already "share". I've already done this MR once, and let me tell you check-in for the codeshare flight on DL is a nightmare (2 hours on phone and net). The nwa.com sends you to DL.com to checkin, and DL wont let you check in, since you booked on NWA, (CATCH 22 noone takes responsibility). Passenger next to me had same problems.

As far as the MR goes, I couldnt find much else. July and August all sold out.

You're complaing about 2 things ( no upgrades and 100% bonus vs 125%) that are both clearly stated in the WorldPerks section of nwa.com.

DL PMs get the same treatment from NW, nothing new here.
