SFO-SJU, $273+, April and May on various airlines

Multiple dates on FC. Shows up for AA, UA, US, NW, DL, CO, and Airtran.

I just priced out SFO-ORD-MIA-SJU-MIA-ORD-SFO on AA with random dates in April and May for $282 a/i. This itin would earn a hair short of 8200EQM at 3.4cpm and 16400RDM at 1.7cpm. Pretty darn good in today's environs for a domestic run.

Looks to be good out of LAX for the same price, and for about $100 more out of some other west coast cities.

If total is $282 all-in, the base fare is apperently NOT $273+, isn't it?

I might be mistaken, but I thought FC showed the base fare.

ITA shows the a/i fare, which is the 282 that I indicated for the 2 stop AA routing.

Thanks for posting. I'm tempted to use CO or UA $$ that would just about cover the whole deal, but the dates/availability are a tad off for me. Of course it's the DL VDB $$ I need to use soon and there's nothing in the $2xx range.

When does Spring Break end? Good time for VDBs? I'm thinking May would be a less crowded month w/ better hotel rates, but what do I know.

Anyone want to do a lucky-like party flight?

Thanks for the find cstead.
It can be had for as low as 254 on nwa.
If only mid-week flights would work for me...

Man...the CO routings seem to be VERY limited. Going via IAH both ways makes this 5.5cpm; via EWR is ~3.5cpm, but I cannot find availability for that routing. And CO has a 2 night minimum on the L fare. Makes it much harder to take advantage of this for a CO flier

Sorry I didn't post this earlier, but I didn't realize it at the time. Using an ITA 30-day search, it looks like a lot of these fares are 2 day minimums, with the fare leaping with only 1 night. The last Sunday in April is available for $295 on some airlines with 1 night, but everything else looks to be longer min stay.
