It's $20 more to take an outbound (or return) on another day, so for $20 more, you can go out say Friday night on a redeye, and come back on Saturday:
12/8 redeye SFO-IAD-TPA-MIA-MCO-ORD-SFO is $199 at expedia, so presumably $194 if you wanna get ual.com to offer it up.

I think those fares class on saturdays are all booked now. ITA is showing only 2 Tuesdays in March have $169 fare.

There is some availability for July as well, for those who have the triple miles promo. This will probably be one the cheapest options for UA miles for that month!
For SFO-MIA, you need to leave Tues AM and return on Wed, and route through SNA and either ORD or DEN. It works for 7/3 to 7/4.
