L class (LA21ON1), 21 day advance, through end of schedule (except Fri/Sun)

This sounds great. Is there a min stay? ITA showed $114 as lowest.

Doesn't "$98+" mean that the base fare is $98 and taxes/fees will bring it higher, perhaps to $114?

Yep, $XXX+ indicates pre-tax and fee cost. A/I, all-in, ai indicates the complete price out the door and on your MP Visa.

For some reason, I read "+" as "all in"

Sort of...it is after tax but before fees. All US major carriers publish their fares inclusive of the 7.5% US tax, but without the airport charges and additional fees tacked on by various govt bodies.

"Necessary flying" is not MR subject matter. If an itinerary that yields max EQM/EQS and/or RDM at minimum cost is coincidentally "necessary flying," so much the better, but it's a non-MR thing.
