Seatcounter not showing upgrades or awards?

Seatcounter not showing upgrades or awards?
Was checking in to Seatcounter and it's not showing r, o, n, x, i, or e in expert mode.

Is it operator-error or something else? BTW, I did ad UA twice.

Seems to be working properly for me. I did a dummy search on SFO-KIX for 3/5 and found avaialbility in most classes, except O of course.

Try putting UA in the first and third boxes instead on adjacent boxes. That sometimes helps.

still no dice
says UA Special Mode
but still not showing regardless where I place the two UAs

These codes are showing up on Domestic flights only and not on International flights.
